2019 Honoree Nomination ：
The Chinese Society of Staten Island requesting that our members assist in the honoree nomination for the year of 2019. Please join us in nominating individuals who had contributed to our community on Staten Island. Nominations should be based on consistent excellence in the performance of duties and responsibilities. Nominations should cite and include examples of how the nominee has demonstrated this:
- Service provided within (and outside) of Staten Island
- Provide information where he/she served with detail
- Number of years served (5 years, 10 years or currently ongoing to provide the service?)
- What is the reason you nominate this individual?
- Did he/she was acknowledged by other local communities
史德頓島華人協會現正需要各位會員幫忙，為2019年傑出社區服務獎得主提名，如果閣下有留意到在我們社區中，有這樣的人選，請來函告知。請提供名字、功績、原因為何會獲得提名。謝謝各位！
